The hotel is a bit dated, but the outdoor garden areas are very nice. The check in staff was not particularly welcoming. Our main issue was that there was no room service at all unless you asked for it in advance but we were never told we needed to ask. At check-in we should have been asked if we want room service or at least be told we would have to ask to get it. Therefore we stayed 3 days with no room service despite paying $300 a night. The breakfast was little above the normal hotel free breakfast and the lady serving was very nice and helpful. On previous stays the food and bar were nice.
